Dr. Jasbinder S. Nagra
Dr Jasbinder Nagra was born and raised in Birmingham, UK. In 1996 he graduated with honours in Optometry at Cardiff University School of Optometry, Wales and then went to complete his Masters in Clinical Optometry. He owned and operated full scope optometric practices in the UK before making the decision to bring his knowledge and skills to Canada, where he completed his exams and has been serving the community since 2003.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Nagra enjoys pursuing his passion for mixed martial arts, particularly Muay Thai. This discipline allows him to maintain his focus, physical fitness, and mental well-being, qualities that he brings to his work as an Optometrist. He also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children, recognizing the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
